Bookings
Website bookings and enquiries are requests. A trip is confirmed only after our team verifies availability, fare, and travel details by phone or WhatsApp.
Payments
Online payment is not required on this website. Agreed fares are settled offline as discussed with our team (cash, UPI, or other methods we confirm).
Cancellations & changes
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Charges, if any, depend on timing, vehicle assignment, and trip type, and will be communicated clearly.
Passenger responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup/drop details and contact numbers
- Be ready at the agreed time and location
- Follow local traffic and safety rules during the journey
Service limitations
Availability depends on fleet schedule, route conditions, weather, and local regulations. We may suggest an alternate vehicle or timing when needed.

We take care to provide safe, professional service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
